Norah Koigi Ngare

Norah Koigi Ngare is the Director of the Deal Flow Facility (DFF) at FSD Uganda. She is responsible for operationalising the DFF and delivering on the Facility’s mandate of improved access to alternative finance for Ugandan growth stage businesses.

Norah is an investment professional with more than 15 years’ experience in impact asset management, corporate finance, investment advisory, and treasury management in East, West and Southern Africa. Her sectoral expertise cuts across agriculture, financial services, education, health, water and sanitation, rural livelihoods, eco-tourism, and conservation finance.
