Carol, a Chartered Accountant, and esteemed member of ACCA-UK, brings a wealth of expertise and an unwavering dedication to financial excellence to her endeavors with over a decade of seasoned experience in the Finance Sector spanning East Africa and the Asia Pacific region, she currently holds the position of director and Country Manager at XSML Capital Uganda Ltd, an investment fund manager focused on frontier markets in Central and East Africa

Prior to her current role, Carol honed her skills as an auditor at PwC, undertaking engagements across Rwanda, Uganda, and Papua New Guinea.
